ResidentPortal Premium not only offers streamlined access to payments, work-orders, and property info, it includes a number of brand-new features designed specifically to facilitate communication and interaction with and between residents.

  • Amenity Reservations: Now residents can reserve community amenities, such as scheduling common areas, directly within ResidentPortal.
  • New Mobile ResidentPortal: Enhanced interface with easy-to-use payment options for instant mobile transactions.
  • Upgraded Community Calendar and Events: Both residents and managers can now add events to the calendar.
  • Clubs: Does the local book club, car club, or quilter’s circle need help getting the word out? This functionality allows residents to create clubs, manage membership, and organize events within ResidentPortal.
  • Gamification: Keep residents coming back to the portal to earn points and badges for desired community interactions (joining a club, completing a survey, making online payments, updating profiles, and more). Residents can also see the online community leaderboard to see how they stack up against their neighbors.
