In our most recent Resident Experts webinar, we highlighted the many accomplishments of the 2024 Golden Door Award winners, which honors excellence in the multifamily industry among Entrata customers. Presented at the Entrata Summit, these awards specifically recognize companies that leverage the Entrata platform to drive efficiency, boost Net Operating Income (NOI), and create exceptional resident experiences.  The webinar featured insightful conversations with representatives from each winning organization, offering a glimpse into their strategies and best practices.

Landmark Properties took home the Resident Experience award, thanks to their dedication to cultivating a strong sense of community within their properties. This commitment is evident in their personalized approach to resident interaction, their responsiveness to resident concerns, and their proactive efforts to create a supportive environment where residents can thrive. Additionally, Landmark Properties highlighted  how they utilize AI to enhance communication and provide immediate support to residents, even during off-hours.

Berger Communities earned the Leasing Experience award by combining a mastery of the fundamentals of property management with a modern approach. The company prioritizes understanding resident preferences and anticipating their needs through consistent communication and feedback. This resident-centric approach is supported by a robust training program for their leasing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring a smooth and satisfying leasing journey.

The Innovation award went to Independence Realty Trust (IRT) for their continuous pursuit of creative solutions and forward-thinking strategies. IRT has fostered a culture of innovation by establishing open communication channels between on-site teams and those who can implement changes, encouraging the submission and review of new ideas, while actively piloting new technologies. They also highlighted the crucial role of their technology success manager in ensuring that technology solutions are effectively implemented and adapted to the evolving needs of the business.

Finally, American Landmark was recognized with the Resident Adoption award for their exceptional efforts in promoting resident engagement with new technologies. They have successfully integrated tools like Rent Reporting into their leasing process to provide additional value to their residents they might not receive at other properties. This proactive approach, coupled with ongoing training and support for both residents and staff, has resulted in high adoption rates and demonstrable benefits for their residents.
