How much is conference registration?

Meals & Entertainment Only (Guests) — Available until August 21, 2023. Individual Guests $495*
*If you want to bring a guest with you to Summit, you can add this option on top of a general admission registration. Guests will receive conference swag and have access to provided meals, entertainment, and keynote sessions.
What is included in registration?
- Access to all sessions, keynotes, and networking events
- User Lab access throughout the conference
- All parties and entertainment
- Lunches, snacks, beverages, and Tuesday night dinner
How will I know if my registration is confirmed?
Your online registration will be confirmed with an email message at the time you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected]. Your conference seat is not reserved until we receive full payment for your registration.
Does registration include travel expenses and hotel accommodations?
Travel and hotel costs are not included in conference registration and are the responsibility of each conference participant.
Is my registration transferable?
Registration substitutions will be allowed at no cost through August 21, 2023. To complete the process, the registration replacement must complete the full registration form through a written request. Please email [email protected] for more information.
What if I need to cancel? Can I get a refund?
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and must be dated on or before 5 P.M. MST on August 21, 2023 to receive a refund (less a $50 USD processing fee). Refunds will not be granted after August 21, 2023. No refunds for conference no-shows.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests must purchase a “Meals & Entertainment Only Pass” in order to attend.
