Program Description: This targeted course is designed for property management professionals looking to deepen their understanding of operational efficiencies in accounting processes. Building on foundational knowledge, Entrata Accounting 202 explores the strategic use of scheduled, conditional, and manual charges to streamline financial operations. Participants will gain practical skills in vendor setup and accounts payable (AP) processes, including completing payments and managing resident refunds within the AP framework. By completing the course and passing the exam, you will earn 1 CPE credit.
