When To Arrive

Plan to arrive in the evening of Monday, March 18. Base Camp will kick off bright and early Tuesday morning.

When To Depart

We suggest departing Friday morning. The conference concludes around 4PM on Thursday, March 21.

Airport

Please arrive at the Harry Reid International Airport. It’s only about 2.3 miles from the hotel (about a 7 to 10 minute drive).
